Why use petroleum & chemically based cleaning products for your clothing and your home.  Is that really CLEAN?  And we could save considerably on our consumption of petroleum by changing to natural products.  Here are a few sources for more natural products

Did you know that cotton growers around the world use a great deal of pesticides, and then many chemicals may be used in processing the cotton into fabric and garments.  For example, finishes that make your garment wrinkle free may include a chemical called DMDHEU, which can produce formaldahyde as a by-product.  Really, who needs pesicides and chemical next to their skin!
An alternative is organic cotton.  Check out Gaiam's line of clothing.  It's so very nice.  Ahh!

Also, most mattresses sold commercially are laden with chemicals - for finishing, fireproofing the synthetic materials used, and who knows what else.  Do you want to spend 8 hours daily breathing and soaking in chemicals?
